What I built:
- Sourced and negotiated with manufacturers for custom-printed desk mats and mousepads
- Built the full e-commerce stack: product photography, listing optimization, inventory tracking, and automated order fulfillment
- Ran performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Daraz, scaling from zero to consistent monthly revenue
- Handled returns, customer service, and brand reputation single-handedly
